Corruption in the administration of justice in the Junín region

Abstract

This research work is the product of the readings of the written media, the newspapers La República and Hildebrandt en sus trece, facts that were commented on from the year 2018 2021. It all happened on July 7, 2018, when IDL Reporters released a telephone recording between a former president of the Callao Superior Court of Justice and members of the National Council of the Magistracy, where acts of corruption of its members were revealed, where offers of reductions in sentences, thanks for favors and negotiations for promotions were disclosed. Where, Dr. Rocío Sánchez Saavedra had an important role, who in coordination with the National Police, intercepted telephone communications, between criminals and aka “Snail” (prisoner drug trafficker), about his reduction of sentence and of fer of a judge, that they would help you. These events gave rise to the question: in what way does corruption violate the correct administration of justice in the Junín region in the years 2018-2019.
