Evolution of social security as a fundamental right in Colombia

Abstract

The right to social security is structured as a complex and necessary right for the development of individuals, since it contemplates a set of human and fundamental rights that address key elements such as health, pension, occupational risks and social benefits that dignify the lives of those administered.
