Grobarization: the unpublished face of job precarization
Abstract
Using the hermeneutic methodology and based on the review of texts and scientific articles in indexed databases, the reflection article develops a critique from the analytical category of globalization of the impact of global trends. The consequences of a globally hyperconnected world and its local ambivalences were reviewed, likewise, an approach was made to the problem of precariousness of work as a subproduct explicitly derived from the development of “MacDonaldization” in contemporary society.
