Abstract

Since the development of constitutionalism in the last decade, there has been an innate desireto advance the law towards the broad processing of information to which we are permanently exposed, because in the legal field this aspect turns out to be a responsibility crucial for the care and assurance of the minimum guarantees of people. Therefore, in the case of the population with hearing disabilities, it is necessary that those sign language interpreters in charge of providing their confidential information be strictly regulated by the legal system, otherwise the confidentiality of information would be seen at a high level, risk of being violated.
