By addressing issues of respect, consent, personal boundaries, and healthy relationships, so
cial education helps empower students by giving them tools to recognize and resist potential
risk situations. It encourages the creation of safe environments, where open communication
and empathy are promoted and cultivates a culture that discourages inappropriate behavior
and promotes collective responsibility, especially in the family environment. This article pro
poses a possible public policy in which education is the protagonist, when used within the
classrooms and the digital space, both being tools that can help the minor strengthen the de
velopment of a healthy sexuality, having the minimum risk of being victim of a sexual crime.
