Zonas de reserva campesina, proyectos político-territoriales y pluralismo jurídico en Colombia
Abstract
This research aims to show how territorial peasant organizations that assume their role as social actors committed to further emancipatory political projects, contribute to build and consolidate normative systems and community institution. Using historical and sociolegal analytical methods, this article acknowledges these parallel normative developments as expressions of legal pluralism in Colombia´s legal system. It concludes by highlighting the role of the Peasant Reserve Zones as elements of land use planning that effectively drive the production of territory and the development of legal pluralism in Colombia.
